The schedule for the assessment suite is maintained on a Yahoo Calendar. The room can be scheduled by FSHS faculty and students under the supervision of a faculty member. Priority is given for research activites and developmental assessments. Other uses are permissible (e.g. meetings, instruction, etc.) only if the room is not needed for research or assessment activities. You can view the calendar by clicking on the link below. You can also add to the calendar by signing in using the procedure described below.
To view the calendar:
1. To view the calendar, go to http://calendar.yahoo.com/hoeflinstonehouse.
2. Check to see that the time you want is available. To view the end time of events you will need to either click on the event, or switch to the day view by clicking on a date.
To add to the calendar:
1. If you want to add to the calendar, click on "sign in" in the upper right hand corner of the calendar page.
2. Login with
Yahoo ID: hoeflinstonehouse
Password: schoolfshs
3. Click on add and fill in the pertinent
information. Give a title to the event, provide a reason for using the
assessment suite in the notes section, and include your name and phone
number so that others can contact you if necessary. Any conflicts
over room use will be resolved by Ann Murray.
