Advanced Mountain Dulcimer

Larry is a builder, player and teacher of the mountain dulcimer who makes his home in Paris, TN. He is active as a teacher both in his private studio and through the Continuing Education Department at the University of Tennessee. He is a participating artist for the TN Arts Commission “Arts in Education” program and the Kentucky Arts Council Teacher Incentive Program, presenting dulcimer programs in public schools. A veteran of dulcimer festivals around the country, Larry is known for his straightforward approach to teaching and his easy going personality. He has several tab books and recordings to his credit.
